Southmoor Park West
Denver's best balance between city and suburban living

The Southmoor Park neighborhood, established in 1961, is made up of 160 predominantly ranch style homes on large lots with mature trees.  Centrally located in southeast Denver, residents have easy access to I-25 and three Light Rail stations, making a trip downtown minutes away.  The Denver Tech Center is just to the south.  In addition, there are many pocket parks and several larger parks providing opportunities for an active Denver lifestyle. The beautiful Highline Canal Trail is walking distance from the neighborhood allowing for a quick escape from the city.

Southmoor Park Homeowners Association (SPHOA) is now a formal Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO) with the Denver city government.  The RNO facilitates small neighborhood improvements, maintains common areas, and works with the city of Denver on issues of neighborhood safety.  The RNO Board of Directors works closely with the District 4 City Councilperson to advocate for issues related to the residents of Southmoor Park. In addition, the RNO hosts free neighborhood events for residents of all ages for the purposes of socializing and creating a sense of community.  The RNO is a voluntary organization.
